CHALLENGE
YTK Management Consultancy is perhaps the most authentic and vehemently truthful in its approach to be a client centric company The Action Plan has worked with. As a patient and tenacious business leader, Teck Keng, from whom the business was named after, was able to internally communicate to his team the importance of customer service, while providing highly professional advice to all of his clients.
YTK found itself in the midst of updating its visuals and collaterals to reflect both the oncoming expansion it was going through, and the level of professionalism and customer service it provided to it's customers, many of whom are in the high networth band. This had to be done in such a way that it did not alienate other customers, and keep a assuring relevance to other clients of different needs and size.
SOLUTION
The Action Plan explored multiple concepts for YTK, and eventually settled on one after much consideration and an informal survey. YTK, together with The Action Plan, took very careful steps to ensure the best iteration and representation of their brand was implemented visually and across all mediums, physically and digitally.
Futher services and consultations were rendered to YTK, and also assisting them as they shifted to a bigger office to cope with the expansion of their company, Teck Keng and Serene were very cooperative in their vested involvement of the project every step of the way.
The solutions for the challenges we faced through the project were efficiently solved with decisive action and the results proved a strong point in that. The Action Plan, was very largely understanding of spiritual requirements of the brand, and tailored it to fit within.
The pinnacle of collaboration, we brought empirical client's customer sentiments, client requirements and needs, brand analysis and requirements altogether to form the the most accurate representation of YTK's Brand for optimum performance in the market.
RESULT
After a smooth handover, what ensued was to be marveled at. YTK, is now a refreshed, commercially relevant visually and was able to reflect its position accurately in a crowded, competitive market. With a sharp vision and relentless mission, the direction YTK is headed is a successful one, not only for the company, but for it's clients.
